Employment Type: Full Time | 12-month Fixed-Term

Pay: $41.74 - $43 p/h (Depending on experience) + $2.68 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

You'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review,



and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
