Job Description Summary:
Nadara is looking for a Head of Construction Iberia.
In this role,
you will play a key role in delivering renewable energy projects across Iberia, turning complex development plans into operational assets that support the energy transition. Working across wind, solar and BESS technologies, you will oversee construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, planning capability and on-site leadership, with a clear focus on performance, compliance and continuous improvement.
