Your talent has a future. Build your future with us.

If you are studying and eager to learn about biomass conversion, process scaling to pilot plant level, and the role of biorefineries in the energy transition, this is your adventure Join our dynamic Energy Transition team in the Welcome U Internship Program.

In this adventure, you will be accompanied by Moeve professionals to help you make the most of this experience, becoming an expert in the characterization, pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis, and fermentation of lignocellulosic biomass.

What are we looking for?
- Students in the final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior knowledge of fermentation, enzymatic hydrolysis, and general biotechnological processes.
- Having passed at least 120 credits, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).
- Curricular or extracurricular internships.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, strong analytical skills,

and a interest in experimental work and the energy transition.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical capacity to interpret physicochemical data, experimental results, and raw material characterization.
- Familiarity with literature search tools (ScienceDirect, ScopusAI, Espacenet).
- Knowledge and handling of the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) for technical reporting and planning.
- Curiosity about pilot plant operation, low-carbon footprint biofuels, and the development of innovative technologies (TRL).

Responsibilities:
- You will support the analysis, operation, and evaluation of conversion processes for agricultural and residual biomass at pilot scale, understanding the stages of characterization, pretreatment, and enzymatic hydrolysis.
- You will collaborate in the execution of separation and fermentation experimental trials to produce bioethanol and value-added fractions, interpreting the resulting data.
