Role Overview
- We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our Madrid team and gain real hands-on experience in an international and fast-moving environment.
- This role is about research, synthesis and collaboration. You will be gathering and integrating information from multiple sources - markets, clients, geographies, funding instruments — and turning it into clear, useful outputs that support our Business Development team. You will also work closely with colleagues across different departments and will need to build good working relationships to get things done.
- We are looking for someone curious,



well-organised and communicative - someone who enjoys digging into a topic, making sense of it, and presenting it clearly. Previous professional experience is not essential. We are looking for potential, motivation and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Research and information synthesis: gather, organise and integrate information on markets, geographies, clients, funding programmes and project opportunities from a wide range of sources; produce clear summaries, briefings and reports.

Opportunity tracking: support the identification, evaluation and follow-up of business opportunities, tenders and potential clients across different regions and sectors.

Document and material preparation: prepare and organise materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations, programme documents, market notes and country profiles.
