ensuring smooth platform functionality and user experienceAssist client with event setup, registration configuration, and attendee management within CventAttend weekly meetings with the client to review progress, address concerns, and align on upcoming event initiativesTrack and manage the client accounts receivable, including debt follow-up and payment reconciliationPrepare comprehensive reports and summaries for BusinessReviews, highlighting key metrics and performance insightsWhat We're Looking ForAdvanced knowledge of Cvent platform, including event setup, registration, reporting, and attendee management functionalitiesProven experience in a client-facing role with strong communication and relationship management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with experience in financial tracking and accounts receivable managementProactive problem-solver with excellent attention
