The Role:





Reporting to the Europe Sales Director – IPH,the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving continuous salesand profit growth within a defined territory by managing a portfolio ofvalue-added customers. The role focuses on building strong, long-termrelationships with key stakeholders through a consultative selling approach.
This position combines home and office-basedwork within the sales region and requires a highly motivated, passionateindividual to lead business development activities for our Industrial ProcessHeating portfolio across Southern Europe. The ideal candidate demonstratesstrong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and confidence in engagingwith customers.
While the role does not require anengineering background, the candidate must be able to interpret technicalproposals, provide reliable guidance during the quotation process, andcollaborate effectively with engineering and proposal teams.
