In this role you will lead end-to-end armament system development and integration on aerial platforms, ensuring performance, safety and regulatory compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to define architectures, interfaces and verification plans that enable seamless weapon and stores integration. You’ll drive risk analyses, support certification efforts and mentor junior engineers to uphold high engineering standards.
