Adhere to strict data privacy and security guidelines inherent to the social media industry.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively in an international team.
Strong interest in the social media industry and modern messaging technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, perfect for Spanish-speaking jobs.
Previous experience in customer service is an asset, but not mandatory.
