Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot device performance issues to ensure a premium user experience consistent with the brand's reputation.
• Educate customers on the unique features and maintenance of Dyson products to maximize device longevity.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical cases effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the consumer electronics sector.

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proficiency in English for corporate communication and training purposes.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
