Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level financial support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding their accounts and transactional inquiries.

• Efficiently resolve complex issues related to banking services, investment queries,
and payment processing.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all financial communications to uphold corporate audit standards.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to streamline service delivery and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest financial tools, security measures, and industry trends to provide accurate, professional advice.
• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in the European Union.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate structure.
• Proven background or strong interest in the finance industry or customer banking services.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an analytical mindset suited for high-stakes financial environments.
