Neuraxpharm is looking for a Patient Support & Commercial Operations Lead based in Barcelona

(hybrid role)

Your mission:

We are looking for a Patient Support & Commercial Operations Lead to own and continuously evolve our Patient Support Service operating model, ensuring seamless and scalable experience for patients, healthcare professionals and affiliates.

As the owner of the Patient Support Service, you will lead partner governance, drive the launch and expansion of services across multiple European markets, and act as the key link between Business and IT. In parallel, you will contribute to building and strengthening Commercial Operations capabilities within the MedTech Unit.

Your major accountabilities:

Patient Support Service Ownership & Governance
- Act as the business owner of the Patient Support Service operating model and outsourced service providers.
- Lead partner governance, ensuring service quality, compliance, contractual adherence, KPI and SLA performance.
- Own and continuously evolve operational processes, workflows, governance frameworks and service documentation.
- Drive issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives and country-specific adaptations.
- Ensure the service model remains scalable, efficient and aligned with business objectives and future growth plans.

2. Country Activation & Market Expansion
- Lead the launch and operational activation of Patient Support Services across European markets.
- Coordinate onboarding and readiness activities across Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, IT, Legal, Finance and external partners.
