Responsibilities:
- Transversal activity of support for PM
- Administrative Assistant, supporting Projects on going reporting DPM, updating information to follow up project life cycle: Init, Planning, Execution and Close
- Projects database management and updates: Tracking files, Revenue and Cost Control, Quality Control, Health and Safety.
- Customer PO tracking and updating
- Supporting budget collection according project requirements
- Project management document management
- Standardize the project management working procedure
- Handle requests for information and data
- Supporting and providing information for Customers reports

Qualifications:
- University degree in IT, telecommunication or similar field




- 1-2years working experience on a technical support, project coordination, technical administration role
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Fluent Spanish and good knowledge of English
