Job Title: Dock Assistant

Reporting to: Dock Experience Manager / Operations Manager

Location:

FBC Barcelona

Purpose:

Ensure the efficient day-to-day dock operations and optimal fleet condition by maintaining boats to company standards and delivering a safe, high-quality, service-oriented experience for members, in line with Freedom Boat Club brand expectations.

Accountabilities

1. Ensure the club’s fleet is maintained in optimal condition, identifying, reporting, and supporting the resolution of incidents or damages in a timely manner.

2. Perform proper cleaning, routine maintenance,



and basic inspections of boats and assigned company tools in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.

3. Support members before, during, and after their boating activities, providing clear instructions, assistance at the dock, and a professional, service-oriented experience.

4. Assist with and support club activities and events, including boating training sessions, member events, boat shows, and promotional or trade fairs when .

5. Accurately report completed tasks, incidents, and operational activities using the systems and processes defined by management.

7. Carry out additional operational duties as requested by the Dock Experience Manager or Fleet Manager to support overall club operations.
