Your opportunity

As a casual Medical Receptionist, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile.
- You’ll greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
- You’ll cover reception and undertake general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims,



data entry and monthly reports
- You’ll liaise extensively with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
- You’ll perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
- You’ll assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
