A Day in the Life
The Cranial Spinal Technologies (CST) business supports healthcare professionals with a broad portfolio of solutions for cranial and spinal procedures, including surgical navigation, advanced imaging, robotics, cranial and spine technologies, powered surgical instruments, biologics, and related services. The team partners closely with hospitals and healthcare providers across Iberia to support patient care through innovative medical technologies. This role is based in Madrid and supports both Spain and Portugal. The position follows a hybrid working model, combining office-based and remote work.



Tender activity may create occasional workload peaks around fixed customer submission deadlines.

The CST Tender Specialist coordinates public and private tenders across the Cranial Spinal Technologies portfolio in Iberia. This position manages tender activities from early planning through submission, award analysis, contract documentation and archiving while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, Customer Care and European product teams. The role requires developing expertise across the CST portfolio and supporting continuous improvement through data analysis, automation and approved artificial intelligence solutions.
