Join Stockland's Development Marketing team and help bring our residential communities to life. In this role, you’ll own local marketing activity across a portfolio of communities, delivering campaigns and customer communications that drive engagement, generate leads and support sales performance.
Based in our Melbourne Head Office, this permanent full-time role offers a versátil hybrid arrangement of three office days and two work-from-home days each week.
We're Looking For
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and collaborate with our Residential Communities team to deliver engaging, on-brand campaigns that connect with prospective buyers. This role is ideal for a creative and commercially minded marketer who is passionate about understanding customer needs and translating insights into impactful campaigns. You will be confident in developing and executing local marketing plans, managing communications,
and driving initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Support residential communities including Harpley in Werribee and Atherstone in Strathtulloh and other future projects.
- Develop and deliver local marketing strategies, campaigns and customer communications across digital, social and community channels.
- Use customer insights, market trends and campaign data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Brief and manage agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.
- Partner with Development, Sales and Project teams to support community growth, customer engagement and sales outcomes.
- Gain end-to-end ownership of marketing activity with exposure to senior stakeholders and visible impact on community outcomes.
