About Caravelo
Airlines have spent decades selling one trip at a time. At Caravelo, we help them build recurring relationships with their customers instead.
We build the technology behind airline subscription products used by carriers around the world, combining SaaS, payments, booking systems and airline integrations in one platform.
We’re always interested in meeting talented people who believe they could make an impact here... even when the right job isn’t currently listed

The mission
The right role isn't always already written.
If you’re interested in Caravelo but don’t see an open position that matches what you can bring, this is the place to introduce yourself.
We use our Open Application to meet people who could strengthen Caravelo, whether for a role we expect to open soon, a need we haven’t formally defined yet, or simply someone we think we should know.
We don’t expect you to fit into a predefined box. We do expect you to help us understand where you could make a difference.

What you'll do
Depending on your experience, you might contribute in areas such as:

- Product & Technology, engineering, platform, product management, data, infrastructure and security.
- Customer Operations, customer success, account management, customer implementations, technical solutions, integrations and project delivery.
- Sales & Commercial, sales, go-to-market, market research and marketing.
- Operations & People, finance, people, legal and company operations.

Your experience may also sit somewhere between these areas. That’s fine, some of the most interesting profiles do.

What success looks like
A strong open application helps us understand:
- Where you believe you could create value at Caravelo.
- The experience or expertise you would bring.
- The kinds of problems you are particularly good at solving.
- What type of role or challenge would make you excited to join us.
- Why Caravelo is interesting to you.

What you bring
You don’t need to match a predefined checklist.
