Position Overview

As Marketing Analytics & Insights Specialist at Velux, you will be the strategic data engine, logical anchor and operational pillar of the Iberian marketing team at Velux. In this role you will hold high ownership over the performance evaluation of all marketing initiatives, structural data architecture and market insights across Spain and Portugal. Working in a matrix and international environment alongside senior execution profiles, you will act as the marketing strategic data partner. Your mission is to bridge marketing initiatives and data, define targeted database intelligence, coordinate and analyze consumer insights and market trends, audit and improve our digital platforms, manage marketing budget, organize marketing information and give support in strategic planning.

This role requires a highly analytic, reflective, methodically paced, strategic, autonomous, proactive and self-driven professional. You must possess the maturity and cross-cultural communication skills to independently navigate a complex organization,



proactively engaging with multiple national and international stakeholders across multiple departments (sales, business development, customer care, advertising and media) to gather data, challenge the status quo and implement data-driven improvements. You must be capable of building marketing intelligence from the ground up, evaluating long-term business impacts and driving data structure independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with local cross-functional teams and regional/general stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Performance & ROI Analysis: monitor, analyze and systematically evaluate the performance of all marketing touchpoints (paid media, social media, web traffic, local trade fairs and live brand events). Build, maintain and automate reliable reporting dashboards to track KPIs, ensuring the wider marketing team has structured visibility
