Role Mission
As an General Campaign Lead at SAMY, you will not only be reporting to the Global Account Director, but you will also play a key leadership role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of integrated, social-first campaigns. You will act as the strategic link between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in execution, strong commercial performance,
and impactful results. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems.

Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary strategic contact.
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable campaign strategies.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Oversee integrated, social-first campaigns across strategy, creative, influencer, and data.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction, feedback, and prioritization.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to optimize results, improve efficiency, and drive account growth.
