About Your Role

Scope’s Communication Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC) is a nationally recognised leader in accessible inclusion for people with communication disabilities.

For over 20 years, we’ve been empowering people with communication disability and/or low literacy by helping communities become more accessible, inclusive and connected. We work with a dedicated team of people with diverse skills and lived experience of disability to build the capacity of mainstream services to be more inclusive and accessible to all.

We are now looking for an Operational Services Manager reporting to the General Manager of CIRC.





The Manager Operational Services collaborates across diverse networks to deliver financially efficient and high-quality service delivery that ensures a sustainable cost-effective delivery of services. The role optimises resource utilisation and supports CIRC performance by ensuring customer needs are met by using the right capability at the right time in the right way. They will also engage, manage, coach and mentor team members to support our business customers in the pursuit of their objectives, and empower our clients to belong and thrive.

In the role of Operational Services Manager, you will contribute your expertise to:
- Drawing together data and insights to provide evidence-based solutions to CIRC service delivery.
- Collaborating to build service delivery capability across CIRC and more broadly across Scope.
- Increase the effective utilisation of the workforce
- Reduce the cost of servicing c
