The Opportunity
Join our Southern Roads Upgrade (SRU) Leadership Team and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and efficient outcomes across the portfolio.
As a Works Supervisor, you will be based in Maryborough and lead our operations delivery teams as well as subcontractors in the delivery of network maintenance and incident response services. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on creating a positive and proactive culture across health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) while achieving optimum production and cost outcomes.
Working Hours
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with an expectation to participate in the after-hours call-out roster.
After-hours responsibilities will include coordinating the appropriate resources to respond to incidents and, where required, attending the site and responding personally.
