At Grup Montaner, we are currently recruiting a Property Sales Manager for one of our clients, a company specialising in the rental of exclusive luxury villas in Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona). We are looking for someone who can build relationships, confidently engage with high-net-worth clients, convert enquiries into bookings and take ownership of the guest journey from first contact through to completion.
Additional languages such as French or Dutch.
Fixed salary of €30,000 - €35,000 gross per year, plus annual performance-based commission linked to revenue targets.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm, with the possibility of one remote working day per week.

Native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
