Role Mission
We are looking for a Sprinklr Technical Success Manager to join our team and support the design, configuration and optimization of Sprinklr solutions across social listening, reporting and data workflows.
This is a dual technical and consultative role : someone who can understand business and client needs, translate them into effective Sprinklr solutions, and is comfortable getting hands-on with the platform configuration.
Combines the client-facing and consultative mindset of a Technical Success Manager with the hands-on capabilities of a Sprinklr Consultant / Platform Specialist .
Key responsibilities
- Configure and optimize social listening models , including taxonomies, queries, topics and classification rules.
- Design, build and optimize operational and executive dashboards and reports in Sprinklr.
- Configure workflows, alerts and escalation processes to support the management of insights and incidents.
- Ensure data governance and data quality , including tagging consistency, classification accuracy and taxonomy maintenance.
- Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable and technically robust Sprinklr configurations.
- Troubleshoot configuration and data-quality issues and continuously identify opportunities to improve the setup.
