We are looking for a People Manager to lead the People & Culture function at SHA Spain in El Albir, Alicante.
This is a highly visible, hands‐on and business‐facing role for an experienced hospitality HR professional who can connect people strategy with operational realities, service excellence and business performance. Reporting to the General Manager of SHA Spain and the Corporate Chief People Officer,



you will act as a trusted partner to the property leadership team while managing and developing the local People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities Act as the People & Culture Business Partner to the General Manager, management team and operational leaders at SHA Spain.
Lead, develop and support the local People & Culture team, providing clear direction, coaching, accountability and professional development.
Partner with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and provide practical people solutions that support operational performance, employee experience and service excellence.
Manage a wide range of employee relations, performance, engagement, development and organisational matters with maturity, discretion and emotional intelligence.
Balance people, operational and commercial considerations when advising managers and making decisions.
Build strong, trusted relationships across all functions and levels of seniority, from operational teams to senior leadership.
