Data Product Manager – Job DescriptionSCRM – LIDL Digital HubAbout the roleIn the Insights Services area, our mission is to deliver standard analytical tools & insights of a loyalty program with more than 120M users to 25+ countries and international departments..As a Data Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between stakeholders, end-users, and technical execution teams. You will lead requirement discovery, partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, and proactively manage the impact of upstream data changes across our analytics ecosystem. By monitoring consumption patterns and user engagement across our analytical products, you will translate operational insights into high-value product iterations that drive measurable business outcomes. Conduct hands-on exploratory analysis on data assets to test business hypotheses and quantify potential product value.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Squad Tech Lead to prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, effort and strategic alignment.
Skills ð§SQL knowledge.




German (Nice to have).Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with BI & Data visualization tools.
Fluency in English to work in a multi-cultural environment.
