As a Process Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring successful startup performance for new builds, new lines, and line conversions across washer, RO, and WWT process areas. Please note that this role requires frequent travel across the EMEA region to support plant operations, projects and stakeholder collaboration.
Leading troubleshooting and rootcause analysis for complex mechanical and process issues.
Ensuring optimal performance and reliability of chemical processing equipment during startups, delivering results aligned with startup curves.
Providing technical leadership for FE area performance during startup phases.
Training site personnel in process understanding,



performance expectations, and autonomous operation.
Supporting emergency breakdowns and size conversions, enabling local teams to execute independently.
Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and site procedures.
Optimising chemical processing lines using inline measurement systems and controls to maintain stability and performance.
Strong hands‑on experience with washers, wastewater treatment systems, soluble oil systems, filtration and cooling towers
Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with proficiency in computer tools for data analysis and reporting
Experience with line launches or rebuild projects is an advantage
Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage.
