Position Overview
As part of the talented Integral Sales team, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand Navico Group's footprint across primarily Marine markets with ancillary focus on Mobile & Industrial markets in the EMEA region. With oversight of a $260M+ revenue portfolio,



you will lead a high‐performing, region‐wide sales organisation, driving commercial excellence and operational efficiency. This role holder is a visionary leader who can forge and nurture relationships with senior and C‐level executives, align cross‐functional teams, and translate market insights into actionable strategies that position Navico Group as a category leader.

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Own the overall commercial strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring sales plans support both short‐term revenue objectives and long‐term market expansion goals across the primarily Marine segment with ancillary focus on the Mobile and Industrial segments.
Identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs, competitive threats, and industry trends, translating these insights into actionable
