The Oncology Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing Genmab in Spain with accountability for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, specialist cancer centers, academic medical institutions, and oncology professionals across Spain. This individual will be responsible for promoting Genmab's oncology portfolio, with a focus on solid tumors and gynecologic oncology, to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
The KAM will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring optimal regional and local access across assigned territories. The role requires a strong blend of scientific engagement, account management, stakeholder partnership, and market access capabilities. Commercial Excellence
Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed commercial objectives, effectively positioning Genmab's oncology treatments for optimal patient outcomes.
Drive brand awareness and product adoption by cultivating long-term, value-based partnerships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
Apply strong commercial acumen through market analysis, competitor intelligence, and agile adjustment of tactics to evolving market conditions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other teams to align communication, materials, and initiatives with local market needs.
