About The Role
Join a customer service team supporting an established banking company, where you will help customers and non-customers with everyday banking enquiries, products, services, and telephone banking operations.
This is a customer-focused role with no sales focus mentioned: your main responsibility will be to provide clear, accurate and efficient assistance across phone, web and app channels.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming calls from banking customers and non-customers.
- Provide information about banking products, services and procedures.
- Resolve telephone banking enquiries and eligible banking operations according to established procedures.
- Assist users with navigation and enquiries related to the bank's website and mobile app.
- Understand the customer's request, identify the appropriate solution and resolve it efficiently.
- Follow banking procedures and service guidelines while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Working hours
Choose from several schedule options depending on your availability:
- Morning shift: 08:00-16:00, Monday-Sunday
- Afternoon shift: 15:00-22:00, Monday-Sunday
- Late shift: From 20:00
- Night shift: From 22:00
Weekend work is organised with days off during the week.
Salary & benefits
Salary follows the Spanish Contact Center collective agreement, with an additional language allowance:
- Weekly hours: 38.5 h/week
- Gross annual base salary: €16,919.84
- Language allowance: €129.27 gross/month
- Additional payment: €1.92 gross/hour for Sundays worked.
Paid training
You will receive 25 days of paid training before starting the role.
- 09:00-15:00
- On-site in Madrid or Valencia
- Training is designed to prepare you for the banking service, procedures and customer interactions.
