Village Cinemas is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guests have a seamless, memorable experience. Reporting to site senior leadership, you’ll oversee front-of-house, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation while coaching team members on Service Steps to deliver outstanding service.
You'll manage rosters, uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards, assist with stock movements, and resolve guest escalations with professionalism.
