KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and develop chatbots and AI assistants integrated with enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain agentic workflows using tools such as n8n.
- Integrate solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (Azure).
- Implement and optimize LLM and RAG capabilities, including:
- Incremental data ingestion Chunking strategies
- Embeddings generation and management
- Vector search Indexing and retrieval mechanisms
- Relevance evaluation and troubleshooting
- Contribute to the consolidation and standardization of chatbot and AI-driven initiatives, promoting architectural consistency, reusability, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Monitor, optimize, and scale AI solutions in production environments.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions.
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.
- Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability services
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus.

LANGUAGES

English: Advanced level required for collaboration in an international environment.
