As Principal Product Manager for Printify Sales Experience, you will shape the merchant-success system that guides onboarding, activation, and early GMV across channels. You will lead a small team to align cross-functional squads around a unified strategy that scales beyond Shopify, driving measurable merchant growth and retention. You’ll transform ambiguous problems into a clear roadmap with KPI trees, and decide between new features, platform capabilities, or smarter intelligence. You’ll partner with Engineering, Data, AI, and Lifecycle teams to deliver AI-guided, context-aware guidance that meaningfully improves merchant outcomes while advancing FYUL’s mission to power on-demand commerce.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and evolve the Sales Experience strategy, owning activation, first sale, early GMV, and retention end-to-end
• Set North Star metrics, segment-specific journeys,



and a reusable architecture for multiple sales channels
• Analyze merchant progress through research, behavioral data, cohort analysis, and experiments to identify high-leverage interventions
• Continuously reprioritize initiatives, balancing near-term gains with long-term platform capabilities
• Shape AI-driven features and experiences that guide merchants, including onboarding, next-best-action, and targeted interventions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI/ML to ensure feasible, scalable, and outcome-driven AI initiatives
• Translate strategy into phased initiatives with clear outcomes, dependencies, and decision gates across teams
• Build data-informed decision processes with rigorous funnel and cohort analysis, instrumentation, and success metrics
• Connect product investments to GMV, retention, and LTV, and articulate opportunity costs
• Coach and mentor Product Managers, creating reusable frameworks for solving merc
