As Senior Manager, you will bridge business strategy with technology in the MedTech EP-CNV region, shaping a multi-year product and platform roadmap. You’ll lead a regional tech organization, aligning cross-country teams to deliver AI-enabled, compliant solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Your work accelerates digital transformation, enabling differentiated offerings across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with regional leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and growth.

• Drive disciplined product management linking roadmaps to OKRs and dependable delivery
• Own regional technology portfolio prioritization, funding, delivery, adoption and benefits realization
• Lead talent development, inclusive culture, and external partnerships to shape policy and outcomes
• Manage regional technology budget, ensuring value-driven investments and risk/compliance management
• Ensure cybersecurity, quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance for MedTech sof
