Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

The RGM has the responsibility of ensuring that Kelloggs is able to capture the full value of our brands and the market growth opportunities by creating value through the 5 RGM pillars (Brand Pricing, Price/Pack Architecture (PPA), Promotion Optimization, Active Mix:Management, Retailer Story), being also in charge of analysing and developing tools in order to improve the performance of the business, to develop sales by channel and revenue growth strategy.

What do I need to demonstrate?

Experience in RGM, Business Development/Strategy, KAM or similar
:
Strong analytical capability (P and L, financial analysis, etc.) with the ability to translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations
:
Fluent in English
:
Ability to build compelling selling stories from complex business situations and data, communicating recommendations in a clear, assertive, and impactful manner
:
Strong stakeholder management and cross:functional collaboration skills
:
Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of Power BI and TPM tools, and a strong curiosity to explore and adopt new technologies and software solutions
:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
