The Aero Cost Leader drives multi-year cost-reduction programs for the Aeroderivative business, coordinating across Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations to deliver sustainable margin gains. You shape a structured pipeline, validate savings, and lead cross-functional teams to improve repairs, field services, and material sourcing without compromising safety or quality. You will work to align cost-out initiatives with business targets and operational realities, delivering measurable impact. This role offers a mission-driven path to reduce costs while supporting reliable, decarbonized energy.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Identify and prioritize cost-out opportunities to define a multi-year roadmap
• Develop and manage a structured cost-reduction pipeline with targets, owners, timelines, and savings validation
• Partner with AAJV, GEA and internal teams to reduce operational and material costs




• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of cost-out projects with milestone tracking
• Analyze cost drivers across fleet value streams (Repairs, Rotables, Engines, OFS)
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure cost-out initiatives are reflected in Pu0026L
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Ensure cost-out actions do not compromise safety, compliance, or customer commitments
• Build accountability to sustain improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in operational improvement, Lean, or cost transformation
• Experience in industrial/energy services, maintenance, xghoner or asset-intensive environments
• Strong understanding of financial metrics, savings tracking, and business case development
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven problem-solvi
