ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join JamesEdition, the world's largest luxury marketplace, as a Business Development Representative based in our Madrid office. This role offers a dynamic and stimulating environment for driven individuals with a genuine passion for B2B sales and a flair for managing international client relationships.

THE ROLE

Join the sales team to build the pipeline our Account Executives close. You identify the real estate agencies worth partnering with, reach the decision makers, and book the first meeting. Your prospects are spread across the world's major luxury markets, and you work them from our Madrid office by phone and email. You will be accountable for the quantity and the quality of what you create: meetings booked, meetings held, and pipeline that converts. This is exclusively B2B, with no consumer sales responsibilities. The role is an individual contributor position reporting to the Head of Sales, working alongside our existing Business Development Representative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Research and build target lists of real estate agencies and developers that match our adecuado customer profile
Run outbound outreach by phone, and email, across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia
Qualify inbound and marketing leads
Book first meetings and brief the Account Executive on the account and the reason to meet
Re-engage agencies that were approached earlier and are worth a second attempt
Maintain precise records in our CRM system

REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years in outbound B2B sales as an SDR, BDR, or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to open — cold calls, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach, with booked meetings to show for it
Comfortable on the phone with owners and directors, and able to hold a conversation about their business
Hungry, disciplined, and results-driven attitude — self-motivated to build pipeline and hit targets
Comfortable with numbers and with being measured on activity and results
Disciplined with a CRM — you log what you do and
