The project As Ecommerce Marketplace Manager – Hackett & Façonnable, you will responsible for driving overall sales performance, commercial strategy, and expansion across all 3rd-party digital channels for Hackett London and Façonnable.
This role focuses on achieving full top-line and bottom-line target budgets across an established portfolio of major European marketplaces, optimizing channel profitability, providing commercial input for tailored brand assortments, and leading a high-performing team to ensure every partner account reaches its full commercial potential.
You will work closely with Buying,
Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service and Brand Marketing to shape trading plans, improve operational execution and unlock the full potential of each partner account. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong commercial judgement with a data-led approach and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Main responsibilities Commercial strategy and profitability • Achieving Financial Objectives & Revenue Growth: Own and deliver the global marketplace target budgets and channel profitability for Hackett London and Façonnable,ensuring top-line revenues, margins, and bottom-line targets are consistently met across all platforms.
• Partner Terms & Commercial Frameworks: Lead continuous commercial structure reviews with platform, partners, optimizing commission models, fee parameters, and contractual terms to protect brand margins as accounts scale.
