Job Title: Ground Operations Specialist – Seville
Location: Seville (remote, with on the ground presence required on an as-needs basis)
Salary: €22,000 - €24,000
Start Date: November 2026

About You
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Ground Operations Specialist to help us deliver exceptional experiences that celebrate Seville's vibrant culture, food, and heritage.
The idóneo candidate has a genuine love for Seville, travel, and culture. They are highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the go-to person on the ground — confident making day-to-day decisions independently while keeping their manager informed. This role is about keeping operations running smoothly: supporting guides, maintaining vendor relationships, resolving issues in real time, and acting as the eyes and ears of the business locally.

If you are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and excited to build a career in tourism operations as part of an international team, this role offers a great foundation to grow.

About the Opportunity
As Ground Operations Specialist,

you will be the day-to-day, on-the-ground presence for our Seville operations, working closely with guides and local partners to ensure every tour runs smoothly. You will report to a regional manager, who oversees strategy, quality, and operations across multiple markets, while you focus on the details that keep daily operations on track in Seville.
You will monitor tours in real time, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and act as the first point of contact for guides and vendors locally. You will also support guide onboarding and training, help coordinate complex bookings and private tours, and feed insights and improvement ideas back to your manager based on what you see in the field. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being where the action is – while the role is fully remote, some of your time will be spent on the ground in Seville.
