? At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Human Resources Strategic Director to lead our HR Team and Strategy. The HR Strategic Director will lead and transform the Human Resources function to ensure organizational capability, talent strategy, and workforce structures fully support current and future business objectives.

The HR Strategic Director will be mainly responsible of the following areas and all the related matters:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning
• Develop and implement a long-term people strategy aligned with business goals.
• Anticipate workforce requirements based on growth plans, market developments, and organizational priorities. Identify current and future talent gaps and, establish succession plans for critical leadership and technical positions.

2. Talent Strategy & Management
• Define and oversee the organization's recruitment strategy to meet evolving business needs. Improve recruitment effectiveness, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Evaluate hiring requirements and determine the most effective approaches.



Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Identify and develop high-potential employees and future leaders. Design and implement talent review and succession planning processes.

3. Organizational Design & Culture Transformation
• Lead and assess organizational initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance. Develop operating models that enable business growth.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring projects.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation programs aligning company culture and leadership behaviors with strategic objectives.

4. HR Function Transformation
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing HR organization and implement improvements.
• Transform HR from a transactional function into a strategic business partner.
• Strengthen in Talent Acquisition, Talent Man
