? We’re Hiring Temporary Recruiter

At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, we’re looking for a new teammate to join our HR team on a temporary basis.

As part of the Recruiting team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the company. We hire diverse profiles, mainly within Finance and IT, giving you exposure to dynamic and strategic roles.

? What will your responsibilities be?
• CV screening
• Active sourcing through LinkedIn & InfoJobs
• Conducting interviews
• Managing the full hiring and onboarding process
• Providing interview feedback
• Offer management, follow-up and documentation
• Onboarding process
• Offboarding and exit interviews
• Participation in job fairs and employer branding events

? What are we looking for?
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment




• Proven experience in active sourcing via LinkedIn
• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• A resilient and committed professional who understands urgency vs. importance and plans accordingly
• People- and client-oriented mindset, proactive and eager to keep learning
• Comfortable working under pressure with high recruitment volumes
