About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Law Student Intern to join our Legal Department. The successful candidate will support both the Group's Central Offices and its network of schools, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of legal matters within an international education organisation.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of in-house legal advisory work, collaborating on corporate, commercial, employment, litigation,
and corporate governance matters while working closely with different business areas across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Legal Team, the selected candidate will support the department in the following areas:
• Managing and organising legal documentation and departmental records.
• Reviewing and monitoring litigation and judicial documentation to ensure accurate tracking of ongoing proceedings.
• Assisting in the drafting, review, filing, and administration of contracts, agreements, and other commercial documentation.
• Supporting the preparation, review, and maintenance of corporate and governance documentation.
• Assisting with employment-related legal documentation and HR matters.
• Collaborating in the preparation of legal reports, internal memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Supporting the Legal Department in responding to legal querie
