?️ About the Role

As Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between customer needs, business objectives, and internal technical execution. You are a technical and commercial powerhouse who can spark interest, drive complex solution design, and close strategic sales while seamlessly managing projects and aligning R&D;, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

? Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Presales Leadership & Closing: Lead technical pre-sales engagements for strategic and enterprise accounts, driving solution design and closing B2B telecom deals.





• Customer Advisory & Mobility: Act as a trusted technical advisor, conducting high-level technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations with clients on-site and internationally.

• Project Management & Orchestration: Lead complex presales projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing timelines, and aligning internal R&D;, product, and operations teams with client expectations.

• Telecom & Network Solution Design: Architect tailored solutions for enterprise and carrier customers, leveraging deep expertise in high-level fiber optics, DWDM, OTN, and wholesale/reseller models.

• Proposal & RFP Management: Support commercial negotiations, RFP/RFI responses, statement of work (SOW) drafting, and technical feasibility evaluations.

• Field Operations Alignment: Apply practical field engineering and technician insights to advise clients on real-world deployment strategies and operational readiness.
