The Difference You Make:
- The Director, Business Banking Relationship play a vital role in Santander banking experience by acquiring, retaining and expanding banking relationships of both the business and consumer clients.
- Maintains an in- depth knowledge of products and services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.
- Develops, advises,



manages and retains client relationships.
- Business development of new commercial client relationships.
- Develop internal relationships in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bank.
- Advises clients on financial solutions and strategies.
- Be aware of banking industry and industry specific trends.
- Handle customer service issues by conducting research, taking ownership and following up with on a daily basis as necessary until conclusion.
