We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Finnish Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking clients, providing expert assistance within the Customer Support Services sector.
- Resolve complex inquiries through phone, email, and chat,

- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and solutions provided within the internal support database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
- Drive positive outcomes by applying advanced product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to the end-user.
- Stay updated on company policies and industry trends to provide consistent and accurate service.
- Participate in team briefings to improve support processes and contribute to a high-performance work culture.
- Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is strictly required.
- Professional proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly advantageous.
- Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization for Bulgaria.
