Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services industry.
- Resolve complex inquiries with precision and empathy,

- Maintain detailed case documentation within the CRM to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate and resolve technical or process-related challenges.
- Meet and exceed performance indicators tailored to individual and team targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices in Customer Support Services.
- Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Professional proficiency in English to engage with our diverse international team.
- Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a dedication to service excellence.
