We are searching for a passionate, tech-savvy professional to fill the Arabic Speaking Game Support Representative position in Bulgaria. In this role, you will act as the voice of our client’s premier gaming titles, ensuring a world-class experience for players across the Middle East and North Africa while working in the vibrant hub of the European gaming scene.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social media channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management,
