Your impactConnect markets, customers, sales and engineering to accelerate growth across one or both strategic segments.
Your mission
- Develop a fact-based view of customers, projects, competitors, technologies and routes to market.
- Identify, qualify and develop strategic opportunities across Europe and selected international markets.
- Support regional sales teams with account strategy, opportunity prioritisation,



customer engagement and value propositions.
- Lead or support complex bids and sales cycles, including solution positioning, pricing, negotiation and contract award.
- Build relationships with end users, OEMs, operators, integrators, consultants, partners and technical influencers.
- Translate customer expectations and competitive intelligence into product, engineering and R&D; priorities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain alignment between commercial ambition, technical capability, delivery and risk.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, partnerships, forecasts, product positioning and long-term growth plans.
