Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a passionate individual for a Spanish Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join a world-renowned gaming powerhouse. This is a unique opportunity to elevate the player experience and immerse yourself in the fast-paced, innovative world of competitive esports and gaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking players, resolving technical queries and account-related issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance on game mechanics, billing, and troubleshooting.




- Monitor and engage with the gaming community to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all users.
- Collaborate with international teams to elevate complex technical bugs or game-breaking issues within the gaming ecosystem.
- Document player feedback to assist developers in refining game features and improving the overall esports user journey.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the gaming industry to provide accurate and relevant support to our player base.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) skills are mandatory for this position.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to ensure seamless relocation to our offices.
