Position Overview
We are seeking a CNC Technician to join our manufacturing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent operation of HAAS CNC milling machines, CAM programming, prototype machining, and supporting mechanical assembly activities. The adecuado candidate is a hands‑on problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to precision, quality, and continuous improvement.

Working hours for this position is 14:00 - 22:00.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently operate and set up HAAS CNC milling machines.
- Perform CAM programming using Inventor CAM as required.
- Manufacture prototypes and short production runs according to engineering specifications.
- Carry out modifications, rework, and repairs on machined components.
- Design, develop, and optimize workholding fixtures and tooling.
- Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and machining best practices.
- Support assembly operations across a variety of mechanical assemblies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
