About Perlentaucher
Founded in 2010, Perlentaucher is a Mallorca-based boutique real estate developer creating distinctive luxury villas and residences in some of the island's most sought-after locations.
Over the past 15 years, we have developed and delivered more than 50 residential projects, building a strong reputation for quality, distinctive architecture, refined interiors, and meticulous attention to detail. Our work spans the entire development process: from initial concept and site acquisition through architecture, interior design, construction, delivery, and post-completion and on-going home services.
We conceive each home as an individual "pearl": a carefully designed residence that responds to its surroundings, celebrates Mallorca's landscape and climate,

and combines Mediterranean character with contemporary comfort. While every project has its own identity, all share the same Perlentaucher standards: thoughtful design, high-quality materials, precise execution, and a strong sense of place.
